Adult Spirit Shield
Spirit shields do not have dysfunctional or ‘dark’ sides. Our ceremony with these shields will focus on recognizing them inside us and strengthening our relationship with them.
The Adult Spirit Shield teaches us how to master the physical realm, develop body knowing and be a healer. It aligns with change as a teacher and an ally, and has discipline, commitment and follow through.
